These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of downloadxAI ("we", "us", or the "Service"), available at vturb.videodownloaderai.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

downloadxAI is a free, web-based tool that helps you save VTurb-hosted video files you link to. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, download speeds, or the availability of any particular video.

You may use the Service only to download content that:

• you uploaded or otherwise own yourself;
• you have explicit authorization from the rights holder to download; or
• the copyright holder has clearly licensed for download (for example, under a Creative Commons license that permits it).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• download, copy, or redistribute content you have no rights to;
• perform bulk scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of videos or links;
• circumvent paywalls, access controls, or DRM;
• interfere with or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• do anything that violates applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any source platform (including VTurb) and with the copyright and other laws of your country. If a source platform's terms prohibit downloading, respect them.

To keep the Service fast and free for everyone, we monitor traffic patterns for abuse. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block IP addresses that generate excessive or automated requests, at our sole discretion and without notice.

The downloadxAI name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our property. Videos and other content you access through the Service remain the property of their respective owners — using the Service grants you no rights to that content beyond what the rights holder has already granted you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, downloadxAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed fifty US dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid us to use the Service, whichever is greater. Since the Service is free, that amount will usually be zero.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
